My name is Anthony Benjamin Annechino. I was born to Charles Anthony and Rosemary Laurel Annechino (nee Beahm) on September 26, 1973, at 8:48pm. I have lived in Audubon, Collingswood, Westmont, and Mount Ephraim, all in Camden County, New Jersey, USA. I attended James Stoy and Thomas A. Edison Elementary Schools and Haddon Township Jr./Sr. High School in the Westmont section of Haddon Township, NJ. I also attended the Camden County Technical Institute for Video Productions, and Camden County College for my AAS in CAD/CAM Technology, majoring in CAD systems. I have worked in the building services trades since 1997. I work for the University of Pennsylvania Health System, in the Department of Real Estate and Architecture, at the Office of the Health System Architect. My job now is to maintain the electronic CAD library of project as-built drawings for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Pennsylvania Hospital (America's first and oldest), as well as the various Penn Medicine and clinical care practice offices around the greater Delaware Valley; I also maintain the space database, which tracks and calculates space for rentable areas, as well as the usage of the spaces. I have other projects in the future, such as compiling all the MEP configurations to a central CAD-oriented database accessible to the facilities management groups of each site, making it easier for them to locate, track and repair problems through the respective physical plant operations. Blah, blah, blah, blah-blah-blah, blah-blah, I can't believe you're still reading...
I have interests in poetry, writing, history, physics, biology, archaeology, mathematics, sociology, architecture, engineering, music, theater and acting, art, technology, astronomy, geography, geology, cartography, and religion. While I do not get to indulge myself nearly as much as I would like, I do try to satiate my appetite for these various studies from time to time.
My brain is a sponge. I absorb random bits of information and can sometimes assimilate them into a cohesive understanding of "how things work," but mostly, it's good for trivia night. I love everything there is to learn, and have a strong desire to learn how to do many different things, most of which involve skill or higher education. But I can't pick just one thing on which to focus. Because of this, I get very little accomplished that I actually crave.
I have three priorities that I strive to work on: faith, family, and friends. These mean more to me than material assets or social recognition. Particularly, my faith is paramount in my life. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I believe that a close personal relationship with our Creator is not only possible, but essential to grasp the real meaning of life, to live in the best way possible, and to benefit myself with the wisest counsel known to man. I also believe that life as we know it, in the human sense, was not meant to be ridden with the strife, pain, and malice so increasingly prevalent today. As an avid student of the Bible, I hold fast the hope that God will restore the earth to His orignal Edenic conditions, complete with the removal of anyone who willingly chooses to resist His best intentions for mankind. Part of the Bible's promise for mankind's future restoration include the spread of this information by human messengers. These messengers are not judges for God; their role is strictly to inform and bring to others the "free gift of life" as it was given to them. Modern-day followers of God accomplish this task in much the same way as it is historically recorded their ancient predacessors did it: through a global ministry. While I do willingly discuss my beliefs and their foundation with anyone who asks, I do not engage in fruitless debates over words and nitpickings over minor details. If you want to debate me, you will be disappointed. If you want a lively and impartial discussion, I will be glad to accomodate you as my time permits.
On February 8th, 2003, I married an amazing girl, Bethany L. Dishman, of Charlestown, Indiana. I never thought I could find someone as genuine and caring who could understand all the problems of my past, how they haunt me, and still love me for all that I am and all I aspire to be. She is so full of love; she puts to shame the efforts most put into committed relationships and continues to epitomize what every man wants (and really needs) in a wife.
At the same time, she is so fragile and delicate, so unfairly mistreated by those who were supposed to love her the most. I want so much to ease her pain and let her grow and flourish into the beautiful flower I already see in her. My Bethany means more to me than any other person in the world, and she shares my love for Jehovah God, so I hope to have a strong marriage and a lovely partner for life, strengthened by godly wisdom, provided to us in love through the pages of the Bible. Only our failure to put His wisdom and loving counsel into practice could ruin our marriage.
